I am so grateful that I made the decision to take an online retreat with Sharol. It was one of the best retreat experiences I have ever made! It was beyond my expectations and such a precious gift that the universe has presented to me.

You might think an online retreat won't get you that kind of involvement like an in person one — you probably would change your mind this time as I did. I even think an online retreat would work better in terms of integrating the learned new lifestyles into one's usual life.

I am forever grateful that I discovered Surya Kriya during a really challenging time. I was triggered, emotional, and felt stuck — and then I started to practice Surya Kriya and it changed my world. It honestly turned my world around.

I found myself calmer during the day and not in reactive mode. I was in observing mode and able to take a higher perspective. I grew in understanding around situations in my daily life. I felt more in flow and learned to focus through this tool — being in my practice, where only the present moment matters. I can now transfer this learning into daily life as well.

I also learned to love the teaching style. At first I wanted video support so I could practice at home, and it was frustrating not having that. But I was surprised by how much the body remembers from the workshop. Repetition is key for learning, and I got so much out of it in daily practice.

If I had a question, Sharol always responded with clarity and deep knowledge. I felt understood and supported throughout the process. Thank you.

I recently attended a 6 week Yoga Philosophy course at the Mindful Meditation Hub. I am immensely grateful for Sharol and her extensive awareness of the yogic system and the abundance of knowledge she shared.

Sharol’s experience shines through her teachings. Her explanations are thorough and relatable. She ensures everyone understands what is being taught and has such a beautiful delivery, usually capped off with her infectious smile.
